Read moreI visited this restaurant with my friends. The food was good, but the customer service was very bad. One staff member, named Nikhil, behaved like a “Gunda.” We ordered the ghee rice beef curry combo, and after that, we asked for some extra rice and extra beef gravy. They gave us extra rice and gravy, but the gravy wasn’t beef gravy. I asked Nikhil to change the normal gravy and give me beef gravy instead. His reply was, “This is not unlimited; we cannot provide beef gravy.” I asked, “If you’re providing extra rice, why can’t you provide some extra beef gravy?” He gave the same reply again and he walked away.
I then addressed the issue with the staff at the cash counter, who listened to my complaint. At that point, I wanted to show Sunil to the cash counter guy, and Sunil came over. There was an argument between Sunil and me, and he told me that they don’t give anything for free, and that he had been working there for the last two years, so it wouldn’t affect him.
It seems that experience gives him the attitude that he can be rude...

This was perfectly complemented by sides like kappa (tapioca), kakka irachi (clam meat), and a small but delicious portion of beef fry. To round it all off, I sipped on a refreshing mint sulaimani (mint black tea), which balanced the meal beautifully. All I can say is : Aiwa, that was nice!
This place truly feels like a hidden gem among South Indian restaurants. The food is bursting with authentic Kerala flavors, made with love and care. The only downside is getting a seat , it's usually packed with people, which is a clear sign of its popularity. But trust me, it’s worth the wait.
From a price perspective, it’s extremely pocket-friendly, making it an ideal spot whether you’re a regular foodie or just someone wanting to try something new without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for anyone craving a genuine taste...
