Domino's Pizza - Aberdeen - Kittybrewster — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

I ordered a pizza from domino's kittybrewster last night, I used to order from there all the time and was really looking forward to having one as I hadn't for ages, but it's totally gone down hill. I wanted a small Americano, chicken strips and a bottle of coke because of the restricted menu due to covid I wasn't able to get my favourite an Americano, so I ordered a pepperoni passion with bbq sauce. The guy said he could save me money buy upgrading my pizza to a medium if I went for a meal deal, but didn't tell me what the deal was I paid £22 and it came quickly. A woman came to my door to deliver it to me unmasked and I said I ordered a coke and she said no you didn't and I said I am sure I did but never mind then she came all up in my face to prove to me that her ticket didn't have a coke in it which rightly it didn't the meal deal the guy offered me didn't include a coke. it makes no sence they have this restricted menu because of covid and the delivery drivers don't wear masks. We placed online order and everything was as pee usual until online tracking system said that order has been delivered but it was not there. Phoned the store to enquire about just to hear a a man laughing and saying that everything is ok, that he has already spoken to a manager and that order will arrive. No apology, no reassurance, nothing. 5 minutes later order arrives and guess what - part of it is missing and driver said he will be back in 5 minutes with the rest of it. Phoned the store again and same guy picked up the phone. The only response we had that now he was a manager and he was screaming through the phone that everything is ok. Not that kind of customer service you would expect anywhere. Again no apology, no compassion, just shouting from the other end of the phone. At the end was told to ef-off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Disgusting service and very not helpful

I ordered some food to be delivered and the stress it has caused me is insane I was waiting for my order for over an hour the driver called me 2 times and everytime he phoned he was not listening and very ignorant I had to phone the restaurant 8 times and they weren’t helpful either kittybrewster staff is absolutely ridiculous and revolting behaviour they hung up the phone several times and when they eventually did answer the phone they told me the driver was doing another delivery when I should be the priority considering I ordered ages ago and my food would now arrive freezing cold, I’m so disgusted with how ignorant the staff is and very unprofessional they do not listen to anything you say and would rather hang up the phone and not let you have a word in.
