McDonald's — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

We went to McDonald's bucksburn auchmill road at about midnight went through the drivethrough and it was down although nobody told us or the other 5-6 cars behind us until I went to the second window after a five minute wait I proceeded inside to place an order hit with a long queue as there was nobody on the tills eventually somebody decided to come and take orders as always no milkshakes available at this time of night (didn't expect to get them even through the day they rarely have) had a bit of a wait and got my order went back to the car and realised we didn't get the happy meal.. went back in and got it after queuing again then got back to the car drove 6 minutes home and sat down to eat what can I say... the chips were undercooked and cold the burgers were cold and instead of getting two double cheeseburgers we got two single cheeseburgers my daughter got a chicken wrap happy meal and let this be a warning to all parents we found cheese in her wrap which isn't usually in there if that was given to a child with allergies it could have been serious and if they are incompetent enough to do that what other mistakes do they make with regards to allergies etc I saw one member of staff cleaning a utensil they use to pick up the burgers and put them in the bun on his apron multiple times which would become a breeding ground for dangerous bacteria avoid bucksburn branch at all costs we won't be going back here from now on we will go to kittybrewster retail park nicer more helpful staff there cleaner more hygienic staff and premises and never any...

Went through to order and asked for one order and asked if I could get another one of the same order said again please and I’m guessing the employee was a trainee and misunderstood and ended up making two separate orders at which point I paid for two separate orders then I got the stuff at the final window checked it and I had only gotten 1 burger and 1 frappe dispute asking for two cheese burger medium meals two frappes and a cheeseburger on its own so we were then told to pay AGAIN and then go all the way around so we did as said as we came up we were told we didn’t have to pay for the frappe so we pulled to the final window where another manager was sat rolling here eyes and complaining about how we haven’t paid for anything at which point we asked that she speak to us a bit more calmly and with less annoyance and attitude as the situation wasn’t really serious as they had just gotten our order wrong but this manager really tried putting the blame on ourselves, we went all the way back around again as told to do so got only two more burgers meaning I paid for three orders and only got half of one then as we pulled up we advised the manager to not scream next time st others customers as it’s not professional and as that was said she said if you want me to scream I’ll scream at you now and at your mother at which point we were left astounded and left as we didn’t know how we were treated and pretty much scammed. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to fries always burned or cold ,have never been able to get a milkshake in the last 3 months as machine always broken. When ordering a hot chocolate they are obviously trying to cost cut as there is hardly any chocolate powder in the drink resulting in what can only be described as dirty dish water in a cup yuck!!! Service at the drive through is appalling, had to wait 30 mins with only 6 cars in front of me. When I complained was told it's not there problem. Great service NOT!!!! On numerous occasions they have gotten my order wrong resulting in only getting half of a meal but paying for a full meal. have now decided that they have had enough chances and time to put things right but just seems to be getting worse so I will now be taking my custom elsewhere and also advising others to stay away.
