Farmhouse Pizza (Brighton) — Restaurant in Adur

Never have I ever spoken to such rude staff! My partner ordered a pizza for 11.99 as advertised online (although you cannot order the offer online) he was then charged £14.99, when he queried the price and said ‘I thought it was on offer for £11.99’ the man said ‘that’s what you thought’ and hung up! I called and got shouted at to say the offer is only online not on the phone, yet you can’t order the deal online… plus there’s no pizza online for £14.99… I asked for a refund and they said we have to go to the shop to get a refund so instead I asked for £3 more food and they said no. I spoke to 3 members of staff and none were willing to help so all I will say is if you call and make an order check the cost before giving your card details. I know £3 is not a lot but if he is doing this to everyone it soon adds up. It seems I’m not the only one to say the staff are rude so I’d stay clear if I was you… Farmhouse you’ve just lost yourself...

Pizza was cold, we ordered a half an half but both sides tasted like curry (even though one side was meant to be Chinese chicken and the other cheese so the order was wrong anyway). We ordered some curly fries that were also cold and tasted like they were microwaved, the sauce that came with them was also squashed and leaked everywhere. The two desserts we got were wrong too, we ordered a cheesecake and a fudge cake but got 2 fudge cakes that both had loads of air bubbles in and were freezing cold and solid as heck. After microwaving the cakes they were okay but it was a shame that we had to take this extra step just to be able to eat them. And after all of this, it took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive after they said it would only take 40, when calling to ask (after an hour) they were blunt and said it would only take 5 more mins, we ended up waiting 20. Not ordering...

I popped into this Farm house Pizza Shop and ordered a 15" Mexican, So When I ordered it I was being served by professional Staff inside this shop, after I received my Pizza I then brought it home for the whole family, We all seat down to eat this Pizza and when we all finished the this Pizza we where all over the moon about it, I can say that the Pizza I got from Farm house Pizza was a lot better then Papa John's, Domino's, Pizza Hut and It was more cheaper as well then Papa John's, Domino's and Pizza Hut. I fully recommend Farm House Pizza to my worst enemy. When ever Me and my Family fancy another Pizza in the future I will go back to Farm House Pizza for sure. Well done Farm House Pizza and please keep up...
