Gram Bakery — Restaurant in Adur

I stay in India and my wife is in Brighton, UK. So I googled for cake shop with home delivery and Gram bakery showed up on top along with few others. I narrowed it to Gram bakery after going through their website. At first I was confused about ordering the cake online that too in Brighton all the way from India but through their WhatsApp messenger service, they have such a good salesmanship. Salesperson through whom I interacted with was polite and respectful through which I gained more and more trust. She gave me the ideas and suggestions proactively. She also clicked the preparation process of cake when asked upon without any hesitation. Cake was custom made as per requirement. Also they offered to deliver it to home at night time 12. Cake was DELIVERED ON TIME which I felt was remarkable. Later my wife and her roommates had cake and it was sooo chocolatey (chocolate cake) and soooo delicious with varieties of chocolate toppings on top of it.
