Its a Costa the food and drinks are what you expect. Went in on Wednesday afternoon, all staff looked very miserable, gave my order soya milk, this wasn't told to the barrista so I had to inform her. We sat down and had a toastie each and a coffee, both fine. The cleanliness of the place though was pretty bad, it wasn't particularly busy for a place that sells food id expect a much higher standard of cleanliness. The toilet, not even marked as a toilet, no disabled toilet from what I could see. The toilet seat doesnt fit, the toilet was dirty, walls and floor - and not just daily dirt this is clearly not been cleaned in a while. Overall I wont return because if they cant keep the floors, surfaces and toilets clean I dread to think what the food prep areas look...

We also ate food, I had a hot breakfast wrap whilst my partner had a chocolate twist. Both were tasty but the breakfast wrap was a very small portion size.
My biggest headache is the price structure, its so expensive for what you get, all-in-all it was over £15 so I won't be rushing back...
