Domino's Pizza - Belper — Restaurant in Amber Valley

EDIT * despite being promised a refund within 24 hours and a confirmation email, I am still yet to receive either. I’ve also emailed customer services and have not heard back.

Sorry to have to leave this review. I ordered food this evening, the order was accepted and was in prep (for 45 mins).

I phoned to enquire as to what had happened to be told they had experienced a power cut. These things happen, but to not receive a phone call was really poor, especially when this food was for a night shift key worker, and they had accepted the order so had my details.

I asked how to request a refund and after asking various questions I was told: “I don’t really know” “Refunds are requested through head office” “You should receive it automatically...I think” “I don’t know if you’ll receive a confirmation” “The manager is busy” “There’s nothing I can do about your refund”

Really poor Dominos...seems the Manager and Area Manager need to ensure training has been completed in their store/geographical area for people who are going to try and help customers.

I’m still left wondering: Will I get a refund now I’ve requested one? When? What about an apology?

Bush tucker trial at Belper Domino's!!!!! I was served by the spawn of Chucky, with all the personality of a bollard, and the attitude to match. Never listened to anything you said when I complained about a bug in my pizza that was delivered tonight. The only opinion that matters was his own, becoming more irate than a chihuahua with rabies. The base was harder than a kevlar vest plate and smelt of urine cakes, there was a bug on the pizza itself cooked to perfection. When I called all I got was a load of abuse, so went to complain in person. The manager looked as old as a new born lamb with all the charm of Sadam Hussain. Apparently the bad pizza was not there mistake, totally condescending attitude. I Will never go there again. So if stale inedible pizza with bugs 🐛 as a garnish, whilst been shouted at by an angry toddler is your idea of fine dining, then head here for a bush tucker trial and...

Have ordered from Dominos belper 3 times. The first time was nice not fantastic but nice. The second and third time not so good. The delivery drivers are not very friendly. The pizza was over cooked and burnt slightly. We ordered potato wedges and there was hardly any wedges in the box. We only ordered from there because our little boy likes there pizza for some reason! We payed £20 for all this, not very happy. If you want a decent pizza that’s freshly cooked and not expensive go to fresh bite on the market place longer wait for food but so much better quality food...
