Not Just Coffee and Gift Shop — Restaurant in Amber Valley

I love this little coffee shop run by a local family. It really is a family business. I recently ordered a large cake order for my drama group production and they couldn’t help enough. Not only were the cakes good value, they were absolutely delicious. So much so we sold out and I had to buy more. Luckily they had a couple of loaf cakes. Pay a visit every time we are in Belper. This is a true gem of a tea shop, because of the absolutely best home cooked cakes, scones, etc. The millionaires shortbread is truly the best in the world ("home baked by mum" - and mum (of the owner?) was at the cafe today. Her baking is truly delicious. Had fruit scones today with tea. Absolutely divine! Highly recommend if you're in Belper or within easy reach...

Popped in for lunch today and I must say it was a Supadupa experience as the food was lovely and not overpriced either, the service was good and very quick, I had a pulled pork sandwich with dressing and it was lovely and warm, overall very nice and I will certainly be paying another...
