My family and I loved Dominos Pizza. Great Pizza. Fast delivery. Practising the social distancing guidelines. Thank you for continued feeding the nation during this unprecedented time.

Delivery Driver Christian, from Dominos Rustington, West Sussex bravely done his job well as one of many keyworkers feeding the country during this unprecedented time. I gave him a “tip” sealed in clean,clear plastic. And, I gave it to him by throwing it to where he was at a distance. Just realized I should have given it in a much appropriate way rather than how I did it. I guess it’s an instant decision I made just to keep the social distancing and to protect one another. Apologies Christian... And, Thank you.

STAY SAFE and HEALTHY...

We have used them for over a year with no complaints. That luck has now ended. The last 4 orders have been incorrect/missing items. The food arrives lukewarm at best. We had to complain recently and was given a £10 off code. So against our better judgement we rang and placed an order. We were told it would be 40 mins, this was due to their drivers having to cover the Goring area too. An hour and 25 mins later I called to be told they have lots of delivery’s and were sorry for the delay. Then the food arrived. It was barely warm and the toppings were not satisfactory. A regular customer has been lost this evening. This store used to be great, now it’s a joke. Don’t bother wasting your money...

Wrong order received twice (in one night), I only complained as I hadn't had a BBQ stuffed crust correctly received since the store opened and had had enough. Asked for them to collect pizza but they refused. I was promised a refund, chased after a week was told they couldn't agree refunds... was promised a call back the next day but never got one. Chased again to be refused a refund. You did not deliver MY order, this is a breach of the CCA act and further to that the customer service is abhorrent, no attempt to listen to calls or rectify the outright lies, no attempt to be legally compliant, not an ounce of remorse and refusal to...
