Greggs — Restaurant in Ashfield

Absolutely awful customer service and terrible practice. Ordered food for delivery waited over an hour and only our drinks turned up, no food. When we called the store to find out what’s happened they’ve said the driver didn’t take the third bag there’s nothing they can do about it. Why send off a delivery without checking the order is beyond me???? The workers didn’t apologise or offer a resolution, just blamed it on the driver, when it’s their job to ensure the correct food is in the order. I will definitely not be ordering from gregs again nor will i be wasting my money and time on bad customer service....

Went today at about 3pm. 3 members of staff just chatted amongst themselves and left us standing waiting for over 5 minutes. When “Julie” decided to serve she commented “it’s alright you smirking” I was close to walking out. Rude and never been spoke to like that as a paying customer in my life, I was actually just smiling minding my own business. I don’t know what upset ”Julie” that day but she clearly wasn’t a happy bunny and took out on paying customers. Oh and to add.. we bought 2 hot drinks, 2 cold drinks and 2 steak bakes she could clearly see 2 of stood there yet put the bakes in...

1st time visit (Tourist here👋). Though the food was delicious especially the sausage rolls and the chicken bake. The unwelcoming attitude of the employee was less than desirable, an unhappy worker sadly does not perform well. Not a good experience this time, maybe next will be better. To those in the US, this place is a smaller version of Wawa but with better food. If there is one thing here in the UK, is the amazing food withouth all the gargabe, additives, perservatives and chemicals that we are used to eat. Big kudos for...
