Every dish on the menu is made with care and attention to detail. Their Sunday roasts are delicious, as well as their evening meals, and the homemade desserts are a must have! We have been to their wine and gin-tasting evenings which are great nights out either as a couple or with friends. They also have Thursday quiz nights which are lots of fun and plenty of prizes to win!

Overall, we can't recommend this family-run pub enough. It's the perfect place to gather with friends and family over a nice meal or an evening at the quiz, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel right at home. It really is...

Amazing food and incredible service from the ladies serving both food and drinks.

My wife had a gorgeous homemade pie with a freshly baked crust not microwaved like most places, creamy mash and fresh veg.

I had a gorgeous burger, homemade onion rings, fresh salad and homemade coleslaw.

To finish I had a delicious Biscotti dessert and cream.

One of the best meals I've ever had and certainly the cheapest for such incredible quality.

We've already booked for Sunday lunch (Dinner to us Northerners 😁).

A couple in the corner were telling us how wonderful their meal was and said the Sunday dinner was just like homemade, so we booked that as well.

We'll certainly be regulars...

We came for a family lunch with our 2 young children to try the new menu since it was recently taken over by new management. They catered really well for the kids with a good selection of food choices and meal deal option.

The main menu has a very good variety of 3 courses. The food was of very good quality and the portion size was great! The price was reasonable too. Certainly very good value for money!!
