Called with my friend who is gluten intolerant for a breakfast last week We were given a very warm welcome and offered breakfast even though it was 11.15 and breakfast finishes at 11 My friend was offered a gluten free option for her breakfast and chose Omelette and bacon with side salad which she really enjoyed I had a Dalerâs breakfast which a smaller version of the Briggerâs breakfast which was very tasty and just enough for me We then had another coffee and a bun again there was a gluten free cake option for my friend. The service and food were both second to none, good food served by people who obviously know what the locals want.... Noticed some of the staff were spending time chatting with the older generation asking zbout their day yorkshire people at there best Now to the food omg we had plate beef pie with mash .peas the chunks of beef were delicious melt in the mouth . And the pastry wow I never thought anybody could beat my mom's shortcrust pastry but sorry mom oh wow in all honesty I would have settled for a plate of just pastry and gravy please visit if you can 5 stars lovely choice of menu all food I saw looked delicious the breakfast looked yummy closes at 2pm Closed Monday ...
   Read moreA excellent little café on the main road at the bottom of the hill in Worsbrough. Nice and clean and tidy and a superb menu to eat in or out. Breakfast, sandwiches, toasties and a special on every day. Closed Sun and Mon, friendly staff and great selection of cakes and pastries. Plenty of seating available with toilets to the side. Dogs are more than welcome and you can sit in or out depending on the weather. Very reasonably priced and won't break the bank, will definitely be calling again on my travels. Well...
