My recent visit to Nando's was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a lively atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

For my meal, I opted for a combination of dishes that left me thoroughly satisfied. The Halloumi Sticks & Dip were a perfect start to the meal, offering a delightful mix of crispy and cheesy goodness. They were served with a tangy dip that added a burst of flavor to each bite.

The spicy rice was a fantastic side dish that complemented my main course. It was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice to give it a satisfying kick without overwhelming my taste buds. The fragrant and flavorful rice was a standout.

The garlic bread was a winner as well. It was toasted to a golden brown, and the garlic butter spread on it was heavenly. The combination of crunchy bread and rich garlic flavor was simply mouthwatering.

What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff at Nando's were friendly, attentive, and prompt. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided recommendations when asked.

Disgusting customer service!!! We ordered 5 meals through Deliveroo and only received 1 full meal out of the 5, which is DISGRACEFUL, especially when you finish work and fancy a Nando’s and they don’t deliver it properly. As we couldn’t contact Deliveroo we then had to contact Nando's to tell them our problems, which then lead us to being on the phone for 38 minutes. Meaning the food that we did have is now STONE COLD. Nando’s said on the phone since we ticked the items missed out on Deliveroo they apparently refunded them, well they only refunded the 2 chips, spicy olives, corn on the cob and garlic bread meaning they hadn’t refunded our chicken, so they said for 38 minutes they are only going to send out our chicken without the rest of the meal. Which we wanted also while saying they was going to then sent out our chicken it will take 30-50 minutes even tho our food was meant to be here 38 minutes ago. Nando’s also said that the bag of food was not left at Deliveroo so our Deliveroo driver has got our food and we was not to contact him fo ask for our food, so because of that selfish gentleman we now only have 1 FULL MEAL OUT OF 5!!!!! Absolutely appalling will never be buying food from Nandos east...

We decided to go to this Nandos after watching a film at Festival Leisure Park as the Nandos there had a 30 min wait. This was a Sunday eve. It only took us less than 10 mins to drive to Nandos at East Sq. We were glad we did. On arrival we were greeted warmly by Ralf who gave us all the information we needed and escorted us to our table having first requested where we would like to sit. We were then greeted warmly by Summer who gave us some time to order and we decided to use the QR code to order our meal. Summer was very attentive throughout our visit and frequently checked all was ok having delivered the food quickly and with a smile. It was quite quiet when we first arrived but did start to fill as we were leaving. Our experience here on our first visit was excellent. The food was very good, hot and arrived quickly but the experience was made better by both Ralf and Summer who gave first class service to us that evening.We will be returning regularly.
