The food looks amazing! However, we got the Korean bacon sandwich. Lovely concept however the boa bun sweats and gets stuck to the paper in the mess tin so couldn’t enjoy it being eaten how it should be. The egg omelette was flavourless. The siracho mayo something that is my favourite sauce just didn’t compliment the dish at all. Gutted.
The service was awful. We booked a bottomless brunch, a Christmas present. As parents of a young child, getting out and enjoying yourself is quite hard. And we were super looking forward to this. We arrived and no table service just shouted at to sit where you want. I went to the bar and said I had a reservation, to which the woman said thanks and you can sit where you want. I asked about the bottomless brunch and she didn’t know anything about it. I am presuming it is the manager she asked and he was abrupt and unhelpful. Said they had run out of Prosecco so we can have some of the beers on the menu. Not clear which are the specialised beers as I am not a brew dog drinker. He continued with offering an upgrade at £35-£45 pp for cocktails. To which my reply was no. I refuse to pay that just to have a cocktail. I asked how do we order, just come here and we will get it sorted
I liaised with my wife to which the disappointment kicked in because there was nothing contributing to this “amazing experiejce” of a bottomless brunch everyone raves about.
We spoke to another female that told us what we could and couldn’t order off of the menu, however the waffle machine was broken so some items would come out differently like a pancake instead of a waffle.
Other female staff said we could have any drink on the menu and she would claim it under the bottomless brunch. She was nice. Helpful and customer service skills were certainly better than everyone else’s.
We waited 30 minutes for the food. To which as it looked amazing didn’t taste that way.
We only got 3 drinks due to queuing and being busy.
No apology for the lack of stock for the bottomless brunch. No offers for substitutions or anything.
Considering it’s like a military mission to book a reservation at brewdog the expectation certainly outweighed the experience.
Felt like a waste of a voucher which by I believe we would have got a better experience, service and food elsewhere.
We won’t be using brew dog again nor...

Read moreWe attempted to eat here today (2 adults and 2 children) but had to go elsewhere because they had almost none of the menu available. This said, it's not really this issue over the food that's lead me to leave such a low review. It's the total lack of any kind of services from the staff that was the worst bit. I don't know whether I'm unaware of a new style of restaurant setup, but we walked in and the place was nearly empty, but still no one said hello or asked if we wanted to sit down. So we helped ourselves to a table. (You'd think that if you're running a bar/restaurant, you see a family group come in, they're obviously there for the food, and you know you've almost no food available, that you'd go over and make them aware of this - this did not happen). There was only one menu on the table. We ordered via the app, but had a problem inputting a voucher code at the end of the process. It was at this point we went to the bar to ask for help; we'd been sat in for at least 15 minutes and still no one had come over to greet us, explain how to order or anything like that. It was only at this point of us going to the bar that we were then told they only had the pork and brie burger available, and no fries. We left and went elsewhere. Surrounded by so many other choices for food and drink, I can't see how this is going to survive if it offers an experience...
