All good reviews are FAKE! Food was awful! Never been so disappointed ! customer service terrible. Food quality disgusting! Soggy bun wrong ingredients. Tiny chicken nuggets not even bitesize. Very rude staff! The order came missing the portion of chips this ruined my whole meal as I called the restaurant for them to argue with me and tell me that I'm wrong and he packet the bag so the chips must still be in drivers car very unprofessional I don't believe the driver stole the chips the bag was tied and untampred with he hung the phone up twice while I was talking then sent me to answerphone after I asked to speak to the manager, also u don't have to choice to change ingredients so I specially choose a burger with all ingredients i like because I'm fussy about sauces and tomato but itstill came with extra surprises under my soggy bun will never be going back here what a shame as they have good chips and if they had solves the problem sent out the portion of missing chips I said I would appreciate it and was going to offer to buy 2cans of rio on top but didn't get the chance before he rudely cut me off the...

We started ordering from these guys during lockdown, we loved the food and the service, recommended them to friends and family. HOWEVER.. since then things seem to have gone down hill.

We originally ordered through just eat but got told that if we ordered direct and collected we would get a 10% Discount. We then ordered direct and collected but no discount was applied. When we raised it with them they just said the website wasn't working properly looked at us blankly and still didn't honour the discount.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered direct for delivery. we ordered at around 6.30 with an estimated delivery of 7.30 which is understandable on a Friday night however what's disappointing is that the food didn't arrive until 8.30, the boxes were crushed and the food was cold.
