Wasn’t expecting much from a Station Cafe. They excelled themselves in going lower than I expected. Service was slow off the mark and greeting non existent. Ordered my drink but there was no real communication coming back from the server. I received a large cup of hot milk with a bit of coffee in the bottom. A Flat White is to be served to the ratio of 1/3 Espresso to 2/3 Milk. I got 1/8 Espresso to 7/8 Milk. For some reason these shops think they can mess with the amounts they serve. I didn’t ask for a bigger drink, I expect it served as it’s meant to be. If you’re not going to bother doing it properly, shut up shop and go home. Give someone else the chance to do it properly! They have a monopoly at rail stations and a coffee there is more expensive than a Starbucks so if taking a train go and get a "proper coffee" instead.
