Superdrug — Local services in Basingstoke and Deane

Do not recommend their pharmacy. Staff very incompetent. After waiting for hours, I was told my private prescriptions could not be processed as they don’t deal with that company (later found out that they actually did). They then mistakenly updated on their system that the medication was actually dispensed when it wasn’t and I wasn’t able to get these medications from anywhere else. I visited the store 4 times explaining the situation and each time I was dealing with a different person, one more incompetent than the other. Really frustrating. Was in Boots today and I was wondering if their lower price is as low as yours on the Cerave cream to foam face wash. Looking online on your website it was 1 p cheaper so I said to myself that I will get it from there. Getting later on to Superdrug to check for something else I went past the CeraVe shelf and it was actually cheaper £11.21 than online on your website £ 11.59, both online and in the store prices being on the reduced side....
