We don't often get a takeaway from KFC, but unfortunately the last few times we have over the past year there has always been something wrong with the order(instead of 2 correct box meals, we received an incorrect box meal and 2 wraps belonging to someone else(who I met when I returned it) and each other time has had things missing or wrong drinks) which when using the drive thru is difficult to check at the collection window. Overall the food isn't bad which is why we do always come back but last night I fear might have been the straw that broke the camels back. My wife does not like the sauce that comes with the stacker burger meal so each time I request this be removed, this is added to the receipt correctly. Also we like to "Tower" them with a hash brown which is never a problem, and is added to the receipt. However after the 10 minute drive home to find that the burgers are standard burgers with the sauce and missing the hash brown, the whole excitement of getting KFC turns into an extreme annoyance which ruins the experience. In addition the buns seem a little dry and my wife's chicken in her burger seemed a little pink. Compared with a local Chinese who always get the customizations absolutely spot on everytime, it's frustrating that a company can mess up so regularly with simple requests on such a simple menu, that each time you expect a problem. I would have returned the order last night if I had time but due to the 30 minute queue to get in initially, I didn't have time.
Unfortunately I may not use this KFC again, and if I do decide to give it another try it will be via the restaurant and full inspection before leaving as I am sick of not getting what I order. Please fix this and ensure your orders are accurate.

Read moreWhen I got to the premise to order via drive thru, there was no car queuing up at all. When I got to the order box, I was asked to wait which was OK for me. Finally, I ordered what I wanted. I ordered 10 pcs family feast. When asked of the 2 sides, I said 2 graves; and a bottle of Pepsi max when asked for the drinks. When I got to the window, I paid as usual. Only then I was asked if I was willing to take 10 legs, otherwise, I would have to wait for 7 minutes. I said I don't want all legs, and had to wait. Finally, the cashier who was this tall and large gentleman brought me my order. As a foreigner if this country, I was proud to have learned some etiquette from the British people. After making me wait while they cook, though, there was no other drive thru customers, I wasn't expecting, but when the cashier just gave me the bag without at least apologising for making me wait, he didn't say anything at all which somehow disappointed me. I started driving home. When I got home, my son, who waited for his chicken asked about where the graves where. I couldn't find any. It had happened a few times before when there's always something missing. One time, instead of 12 boneless, I only found 10 pcs instead. We don't have time to check what's inside the bag they gave us from the window. Or count if I got correct number of chicken. Or if I got everything I ordered. Firstly, I don't want to hold the queue up. Secondly, I thought, it s rude to check myself what they've just packed up. But not always, but you can develop mistrust from the staff's packing abilities. I phoned kfc straight after coz I thought they could still remember the person they made to wait for 7 minutes . I was offered compensation with 2 pcs I think which I refused as it's not what I was after, but for them to just be aware.

Placed an order for a large popcorn chicken, however it didn’t go through, so I placed an order for a small. When the receipt had been printed and payment had authorised, I quickly noticed that the large popcorn chicken had gone through and just hadn’t appeared on the screen. I went up to the desk, and was approached by a woman, eating a burger. We asked for a refund and she simply rolled her eyes, and sassily walked out. Five minutes later, a foreign woman arrived, and we demanded a refund. She messed around with our receipt a few times before saying “Sorry. I can’t give you a refund”. I replied and said “what do you mean”. She kept saying I couldn’t have my money back until I asked for the manager. Now I can understand why she didn’t want to give the manager a call. The rude manager and the foreign woman returned 15 minutes later. They didn’t say anything, the manager opened the till, grabbed our money, flung it along the counter, the woman picked it up and gave it to us, before our food arrived. At that point, we just walked out. No apology or anything. She didn’t even speak to us. And all of this because a delivery truck filled the drive - through, causing it to be shut.
