RUSSELL HOWARD PARK BOWLING CLUB
An old couple, car reg. V536 DPA, decided an 'emergency delivery' of food to the club (didn't realise people were starving to death!) gave them the right to not park in an almost empty car park, drive down the public footpath and park outside the gates!
When confronted they dished out verbal abuse; stating that council workers can drive down the path, so can they??
They did not have keys to the removable bollard like the council workers and a few small boxes of food to an empty club doesn't make an emergency.

Read moreRecently I have found myself having to clear up broken glass from the playground. If the youths who hang around this park could refrain from taking out their frustrations on public property then this would be a better review. The park grounds are used for the locals to walk their dogs and football games are often played on the field. The playground is great for pre-teens kids, quite a selection and a climbing frame.
