I recently had the misfortune of visiting what can only be described as the absolute worst ice cream shop I’ve ever encountered. Located in a rather unsightly part of town, the place immediately gives off a bad vibe. The exterior of the shop looks like it hasn’t seen a fresh coat of paint in decades, and stepping inside only confirms that this place is in dire need of some serious maintenance. The first thing that hits you is the smell—an overpowering mix of sour milk and stale, old kitchen grease. I almost walked right out, but my curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to stay and give it a chance. Huge mistake.

The selection of ice cream was surprisingly limited and hardly anything worth writing home about. The flavors were not only unappealing but also poorly executed. I tried the “specialty” flavor, and I can only describe it as an insult to ice cream. It tasted like frozen yogurt gone wrong, and the texture was icy and grainy, as if it had been sitting in the freezer for far too long. To make matters worse, the cones were stale and seemed like they had been stored in a damp corner of the shop for ages.

As I sat there, trying to choke down what I could only describe as an ice cream disaster, I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the shop was. The tables were sticky, the floors hadn’t been swept in days, and there were crumbs scattered all over the place. If you’re looking for a good ice cream experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better spots in the area. For example, just a walk away, there’s [heavily dessert], which has an extensive menu of freshly made, creamy ice cream with actual flavor. They also maintain a clean environment and have friendly staff that knows how to take care of customers. The atmosphere there is inviting, and it’s a place you can actually enjoy your ice cream without worrying about where it’s been or what it might smell

In conclusion, this ice cream shop is a complete letdown in every way. Poor quality, terrible cleanliness, and a general lack of care in every aspect. There are so many better options out there that it’s hard to see why anyone would waste their time or money here. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere that actually knows how to make...

This review comes after a while; haven't visited for about a year. Last time I came to collect a big order (incl waffles), I saw one of the ladies using her bare hand to peel my waffle off the waffle maker. I'm very particular about hygiene and I don't want people touching my food like that. I witnessed this whilst waiting and immediately went to the counter to address my concerns with that particular server. To her credit, she apologised and I requested a new one to be made where she didn't use her bare fingers to pry my waffle out of the maker. I had second-hand embarrassment from the lack of initial professionalism but what made me sick was knowing that I had ordered countless times in the past and wondered whether the same 'proprietary technique' was being used to pry those waffles out too! I can't speculate though, I can only go by facts and what i witnessed on the day. I used to pay very good money to them via deliveries, tips to drivers and casual walk-in's with my family to treat them, but I've honestly been let down with that instance of lack of hygiene and have never returned. At the time I was extremely distressed and upset that this was the level of hygiene implemented. Never been that upset over food in my life. I'm not being a snob and not hating, but the incident has made me avoid this place like the plague ever since.

Visited this for the first time and I was amazed by the exotic flavours of ice cream on offer - and taste? Absolutely award winning!

There’s a flavour called ‘Paan’, which is a spicy kind of leaf that is often eaten in the south eastern Asian community with some sweet, crushed ‘beetle nut’ and it’s got a little spicy kick to it - so when I saw that this was an actual ice cream flavour on offer, I laughed and said there’s no way that’s going to work, I mean it just couldn’t.

I tried it out or curiosity (sample) and I was blown away by how ‘accurate’ the flavour was, to point where they’ve actually got little pieces of the ‘paan leaf’ inside the ice cream itself!

I also tried the Lychee and Guava - I’ve never tasted anything so refreshingly creamy.

Needless to say, if you haven’t tried this place out already, get yourself down there - you’re missing out!
