Ordered a brunch breakfast, which turned up absolutely freezing. The toast didn’t even come with butter and the bacon looked like it had been cooked with an iron. It’s very generous that you offer “Heinz” baked beans but surely £7 got me more than a couple tablespoons. The Sausages were absolutely foul and the eggs looked like they’d been sat on. I did Manage to get some sort of refund, which came as a whopping £7 credit to my just eat account, that is completely useless seen as though I can’t order from anywhere in town for that price. I also had to pay £4 delivery fee which isn’t really understandable as Google maps states it is only 0.3 miles away. Overall this means I ended up paying £18 for 3 tiny drinks I could’ve bought from the shop across the road for £1.50 at best. Hit and miss at the best, son ordered and collected some box with chicken and pork/gammon? Whatever it was it was foul, indistinguishable from anything. Absolutely disgusting. Rudest staff ever. Seemed to think it was my fault that they delivered me rotten salad. Avocado salad didn't even have any avocado on it! Told me their Greek salad doesn't have pear in it, even though it states so in their store and on their website.. Absolute joke of a takeaway. Ordered before a while ago and it was okay, but this time it was absolutely abysmal. The woman on the phone really needs to learn some basic manners and customer service.
