I move to worksop aug 19 i can say that is the best pizza i ever eat from this area, not only pizza they have good all the menu i have try everything from the florientino pizza all food is amazing taste. Okay i can't say sometimes mistakes happen they did mistake with my order but in 10 minute i have the order replacement so I'm happy with the fast service and the GOOD FOOD all my family loves it. Ordered food came stone cold. Rang up to be told well it is cold weather if i cooked the food again it would be cold as its cold outside. We have had previous orders in snow with no problems. No apology or good will gesture offered. Waste of money. Maybe invest in correct ways to deliver food or dont offer delivery in cold weather if food cannot be kept warm. We always ordered from here but after the bad service and poor food we paid for and could not eat....

Never had a problem with the pizzas until today .. So disappointed.. Order a 12 inch pizza and the pizza cale thinner than paper .. called to complain and the lady wasn’t very nice she said 12 inch pizza came like that which is a lie because I had it beforw and it didn’t come like that .. Its so thin that the pizza bend straight way the toppings fall off .. Then the garlic bread was very bad too .. super thin .. very unhappy with my order.. will stop...
