Banbha — Restaurant in Belfast

Myself my husband and daughter (whose 8months pregnant)went for lunch today Friday 18th July, we arrived at roughly 12.15 and sat in the 2nd booth, we ordered drinks and 3 hot wraps, which arrived at the table about 12.30, we were eating and chatting and yes some people were waiting to be seated, at approximately 12.55 a waitress (blonde hair in ponytail with glasses) actually slapped down little dish with our bill on it, my daughter still had small amount off wrap on her plate, this waitress appeared again few mins later and just proceeded to lift all the plates and crockery without even asking were we finished we were very taken back, then she appeared again asking cash or card, at this point we were fuming my daughter and myself still had two half glasses coke to finish, the same waitress proceeded to stomp past our table rolling her eyes and tutting My daughter didn’t make a seen but politely pointed out to this waitress about her attitude and the points I’ve just made and her answer was “well I’m sorry but people are waiting” SO IF YOU WANT TO PAY GOOD MONEY FOR FOOD AND HORRENDOUS STAFF ATTITUDE AND LITERALLY INHALE YOUR FOOD THEN EAT...

Popped in for the first time for lunch, woman at the counter was on her phone for easily over a minute before I asked some stupid question just to get her attention. Visibly and audibly irritated at me for interrupting her for the whole time she was making the sandwich. Incredibly awkward. Felt like she was about to chase me out of the place!

Not a fan of overly friendly fake smiley customer service but at the bare minimum I do expect to be treated better than a leper by staff. I scored 1 star to the business for carrying out its basic function and 1 because the sandwich was actually very nice but can’t score anymore due to the highly uncomfortable and awkward overall experience. Won’t be back, I’ll be sticking...

Really poor service. I went with my daughter's and husband for lunch. We sat there 35 minutes before someone told us they had no chicken for our order. Just before this, they told us they could not facilitate soft drinks order. They only had one can of coke zero, on a Saturday! More over, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. One daughter got her pancake order, the rest of us nothing - they waited until they served the pancake to tell us they couldn't facilitate our orders. No apology whatsoever. We had to go to another...
