I would be a regular at the Twinbrook shop and we are always looking something nice to eat in work on nightshift so I thought we would use the Andytown shop as its round the corner but unfortunately we had a nightmare rang at 9.15pm Friday night placed a big order through for staff members, I called 35mins later because (NO) missed calls and no delivery and I was told there were no drivers. Delivery driver went to a different address twice by the sounds of it because he never came to 27 blackstaff road North Down Group as I checked with staff and cameras. I don't know what contact number they had but it wasn't mine!
I called Twinbrook shop for them to make an exception even thought it's outside there delivered area but they told me to make a complaint the very next day but that didn't make up for no food at 10 o'clock at night when on nightshift and at that time your very limited when it comes to takeout so chip co let me down bigtime possibly use the roundabout chippy next time and hopefully they won't make the same mistakes.
I called to make the complaint today spoke to two females and a male on the issue and I was cut off twice so maybe all along there phone lines were the problem in the first place. Called back the first time and I was cut off after a few words and the shop never even bothered calling me back shocking service I hope the owners read this...

I doubt a chippy only gets delivered a supply of food designed to last less than a day. Also, 9 out of 10 times when I've ordered from the shop it's been delivered late. Twice I've had to wait an HOUR AFTER the supposed delivery time for it. One of these times it caused me to be late for something I had planned that day. It sometimes seems they're waiting until I phone up before they send the food out sometimes because they say "It's the next one out" or "it's leaving the shop now", and there's zero compensation whatsoever. This makes the service fee very questionable, because the service is at a very low standard. I understand sometimes it's difficult to manage everyone's orders when the place is busy but I think the app needs an option to track the order or at least send a message to say "Hey, your food is being...
Read morePlaced an order at 6:02 got a confirmation email saying it will be delivered by 6:45….at 7:15 I called to check how much longer was told it’s been cooked and under the heater and the driver will be back in 10mins. God knows how long it sat under the heater, we ended up walking round to get it to speed up the process and we never got eating until 7:55. Not an apology or anything. Also could not get through to them on the phone for 40mins.
