Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Belfast

Placed an order in person at the shop, at 21:50. Was told food would be around 10 minutes. 25 minutes later a customer I knew had entered after me, I gave this a by ball thinking maybe they'd dropped somthing on my order and were remaking. After another 20 minutes and multiple deliveries leaving and drivers returning, another girl who had entered 35 mins after me is offered her order. I confronted the lady behind the counter and was told my order was ready. Only to be handed someone else's order that entered behind me also. The lady then proceeded to tell me that's what I ordered and read out the wrong docket to me. When I told her what I actually ordered they went to their hotbox and produced my food which had been sitting there the whole time. She then told me oh I didn't realise that was you I work down the back despite the fact she took mine and every other customers order. I finally left the shop at 22:40. Only to get home and discover that the food was wrong anyway. The only correct item on my order was the pizza the kebab and cheesy gravy chip i had ordered was instead some other customers customers chicken goujon meal. Absolute disaster. The sevice is beyond a joke We order all the time online and now I've seen what goes on in the shop I'm amazed I ever got anything. Last time I'll ever be near this place I'm amazed it's...
