Madisons Sandwich Co — Restaurant in Belfast

Would give no stars if I could! Disgusting overpriced sandwiches. Bought 2 sandwiches and a sub roll at eye-watering £16.45. I got the Christmas Sandwich in a granary sub roll cost £5.00. Was so looking forward to it my husband brought it home and immediately I was disgusted a white roll with thin slices of ham & turkey that you can buy at your local shop. Two slices of pitiful ham and one slice of pitiful turkey with a little dry crumble stuffing and cranberry sauce mixed with a lot of mayo that you couldn't taste the cranberry. Honestly felt sick trying to eat it that I binned it. Could've made a nicer sandwich at home with the same ingredients but thought we'd have a treat. Honestly save your money and avoid this place...

We had been recommended this spot by a couple of friends but sadly left very disappointed and underwhelmed.

Our main issue came down to the sandwich fillings for the price paid. One sandwich was barely filled and looked very sparse of each ingredient, particularly as the turkey was thin sliced. The other which was a toasted wrap, had more of a mayo filling than sweet chilli sauce (fine if it was labelled so, but this meant there was less of a kick to the flavour), and was not toasted the full way through.

The 3 star rating may be on the more generous side, but there is definitely so much potential here, and I’m hoping we just got things...

Sandwiches are decent, however there's a real issue with them answering their phone, anytime I try to make an order for collection they never answer the phone in that shop, and they aren't that busy that they can't, so I'm not sure what that's all about. They also run out of bread the odd time which is very poor for a sandwich shop.
