So, recently I've been practicing for a thing called the Meta Hacker Cup 2024, and I've been staying up a lot of late nights and forgetting about eating. So, I go to order Domino's as it's the only thing open at 4 a.m., and I place my order. Now, I've had Domino's before and had issues, but the driver would always call, or the restaurant would be available. But nope, around 30-40 minutes later, it says, "Your order is out for delivery." I look at where the driver is at, and it says that he's parked at Crescent Gardens. Now, I thought maybe he or she was getting into their car and it was just parked to go deliver my order, but nope, turns out it never moved at all. Around 30 minutes later, it says it's been delivered. So, I try to contact the place, and the phone rings and rings, but not a person answers. Now, I don't know if there was a mix-up and it wasn't open or if they're just not answering the phone on purpose. Now, I'm not saying they ate my food, but why would someone drive to Crescent Gardens, park there, and then 30 minutes later it says it's been delivered? All I'm saying is don't open your shop if you're unable to actually give the service that people pay for. You're supposed to carry out that role as I paid you to do that. I don't know why they would claim to be open on the app and Google but then no answer at all. If you're thinking about eating here, CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT because these...
Read moreI purchased last night the meal deal from Lisburn road dominos branch. I ordered the 9inch pizza with a small garlic bread , barbecue and garlic dip (included ) & a tin of coke. As a regular customer ordering at least once every week I am extremely disappointed in the service. The driver had phoned me to answer the door when he was no where to be seen in my street after over five minutes standing at my door he arrived. When I had sat down to eat my food I lifted slice and it was cold I had also purchase 7 chicken strips I had bit into one and ended up binning the rest as it was raw in the middle and the blatter was like jelly. To top it off I only recieved one dip which was barbecue and I can’t eat my pizza with out garlic. For someone who is a regular customer you think you would definitely get your money’s worth even the cheapest meal on the menu isn’t so cheap at £10. You’d think you would get everything you ordered and the job would be done properly. I have never experienced this usually dominos is such a good service but I’m sorry I didn’t order from somewhere else as I spent money on something that went automatically in the bin. When I realised all this I tried to phone dominos no one answered and I had a brain wave to even try phone the driver which didn’t answer either you’d think they were expecting a complaint. Safe to say I Will not be ordering from Lisburn road...
Read moreOrdered the 9’’ Pizza Deal with 7 chicken strips (which includes garlic bread with your pizza) usually fills me and my girlfriend and we usually get a large garlic dip with our meal which costs an extra pound but usually there is a small garlic dip with the order so for once we thought we’d save a quid and use the small one instead. As soon as it comes an hour later with half raw chicken strips cold pizza and garlic bread and no dips at all which we usually get even when we get a large one extra. We were extremely disappointed and we decided to order elsewhere instead of eating it. Tried to phone the driver and also the establishment to complain or at least get the dips that’s meant to come with the order and both refused to answer the phone. Almost as if they knew we would complain. After numerous calls we gave up and we threw the order in the bin deciding we wouldn’t order from there again. Dominos is usually the most reliable and mouth watering food spot for me but after last night I am completely disgusted that they would even give undercooked food like that to someone and refuse to give dips that come with it. Therefore I will never order a dominos again at least not from up the street because the establishment has really went downhill in the last few months in my books. Wouldn’t feed that...
