Jam Restaurant and Coffee Shop - Park Centre — Restaurant in Belfast

I was in the cafe today and with my grand daughter and a friend. To be honest I cannot fault the food or the service as they were excellent. Lovely waitress. However the prices shocked me. I believe I was charged £6.85 for 2 slices of average bread and butter. Like Seriously???? That is so wrong. I paid my bill and left. not wanting to cause a scene. I then returned to cafe 10 minutes later to query the price and I don't think the girl handled the situation very well. All she could say was that she didn't set the prices it was the local owner who did and that he even charges people for water. Unfortunately I won't be returning here again. nor...

Food was delicious, however I don’t understand why there is so many rules! You cant swap certain items for others, you cant make more than 3 changes to your breakfast, yet you can make your own? It doesn’t make sense, I get that some items cost more than others but on average, customers are spending at least £10 per person? Also please advertise when your lunch menu starts, we were made to feel very silly by even asking for it, yet nowhere does it say what time it starts.

I don’t mean to complain, but as a customer you feel like a burden for asking for what you want!

Emma and Linda are the loveliest most attentive staff I have ever has the pleasure to meet. I am not in the park centre often, the atmosphere felt walking past made me stop to go in. I am glad I did.
