Centra — Local services in Belfast

Just got squealed at by one of the very rude staff for asking her to check the price of something i had just bought that was marked in large numbers £1.35 with very small writing for something else. I explained that i had no glasses to see what it said, she squealed at me that it was very hard to change the price because they had to use "a wee stick" and it wasn't her fault, i told her it was hardly my fault and i wasn't blaming her personally, but that it was false advertising. She continued squealing historically and walked away also the person walking around doing nothing i think he is supposed to be security came and told me to leave her alone she was just doing her job and started to give me dirty looks like a child. Obviously someone isn't doing their job because half the things in the shop are marked wrong. The real price of what i had bought was double the marked price probably not by accident. They say shop local but if you do be careful they will try to rob you and then say its your fault. Would help if you could see what they are scanning but they turned the screens to face them also not...

So your counter staff/person at my local shop I've frequented without issue for 9 years decides to say 'thank you' while giving me my change then decides to mumble 'or not!' in front of all in the queue but me as I go out the door. Is your job to serve the public/community as part of a business where it serves in their interest to do so in a tolerant if not courteous manner and they pay you? If you don't like your job because someone didn't say 'thank you' back then ditch it. If it's just me you have a problem with I'll be damned if I don't think you'd need better reason for your attitude than me not replying 'thanks'. It simply isn't enough. (if I didn't say thanks I wouldn't know and I rarely count the times I haven't or have because there's worse going on in the world than your temporarily hurt feelings). The deli used to be great but has went down hill big time went into to grab one of the roast for dinner and it looked like road kill it was burnt dry no gravy the roasties looked like they were scared to brown I looked around the food and everything else was burnt the sausages were black as were the sausage rolls and it was all new faces Centra used to be famous about the road for a sunday roast takeaway.
