First impressions not great i like trying new places but wouldn't go back I don't mind spending money if it's done right. Son had fish fingers and they were deep fried, cremated sent them back. Daughter had a kids chicken burger which was dear and she got 3 goujons in a hard burger bap which was like a Belfast bap, awful. Mrs had the jumbo chilli dog which wasn't bad but the sausage was bigger than the hotdog bun which defeats the purpose. Garlic saute potatoes were lovely and the mac and cheese was very good when first arrived warm after a few minutes it wouldn't be eatable. I had the chicken burger bap was better than the kids bap chicken inside was lovely but in my opinion jalapenos and gerkin don't go together so threw the hole burger off.

Sauces that came out with all the food were some off the worst I've had especially the paprika mayo tasted like it was made with creme fraiche was bouncing definitely not a recommendation. Love dessert so was hopeful, devil fudge cake looked the part but not for me the cake was dark chocolate which we all know is bitter and not that sweet don't mind a square of dark chocolate but this wasn't proper milk chocolate fudge cake we all know and love. The mrs got the Belgian waffle and hats off it was made in a waffle iron but the waffle was savoury no icing sugar no white chocolate like the pizza company waffle was served with maple syrup and yes in fairness was nice syrup but it wasn't enough to make it a dessert and eatable, everything lacked flavour was very boring. Everything inc soft drinks and one cocktail Inc tip came to £100 definitely wouldn't go back not...

SPRINGSTEEN'S is a superb value for money eaterie on Belfast's Lisburn Road. Better value for money than many if the others I've tried over the years! Extensive menu ranging from starters right through to dessert and coffee. I opted for The Nixon on my last visit and was delivered a veritable FEAST of the tastiest food in a broad wooden platter! It contained large crispy coated chicken breast goujons; half rack of melt in the mouth ribs in delicious barbeque sauce; hot n spicy chicken wings ;onion rings..huge and just delicious; coleslaw and a healthy portion of sweet potato fries!! All for £13.95...excellent value for money. Great venue offering private high sided oew seating or individual tables. Excellent service. Super clean toilet facilities ( I'm fussy) and you can also treat yourself to an alcoholic beverage whilst there if you like! Desserts range from generous portions if raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake to chocolate toffee pudding to skyscraper fruit and ice cream creations all of which are delicious and taste bud tingling. To finish a big steaming hit cup of coffee..a delight as I'm tired at getting lukewarm, tasteless teeny cups if coffee at other venues. SPRINGSTEEN'S...Born in the USA...Gid...

I took my wife and daughter here over the Halloween break for lunch. The staff are very friendly and my daughter loved the waitress who served us because she talked away to her :). We tho9ught the quality of the food was excellent and tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. The setting isnt loud and the service is top notch. Our order came in no time and it was served at a perfect temperature. The menu is also very broad with lots to choose from. The only criticisms I have, and one could be easily improved, was (i) the price of food is a bit high. I realise this might be a reflection of the impact of the pandemic with restaurants being shut for so long combined with the recent increase in food prices (ii) the pulled pork on the superhog hot dog should be marinated in the sauce as it was too dry by itself. The hotdogs could also have an option of having either a pork sausage or a frankfurter.

I will def be back to Springsteens for food in the future and I would recommend the place...

Come over from Liverpool, and what a place. Walked in about 1245 Wednesday afternoon, and the atmosphere was busy. I was expecting to wait but had the option to go upstairs with a view. Food was mouth watering, flavours didn't disappoint. Waiter could improve but felt sorry as felt lost an confused with a drinks order to the wrong table, bless her. The owner was top notch, good crack, a friendly approach. Did mention a top recommended burger was there signature dish. So sure enough of our last day in Belfast we made sure to visit. I myself got the combo burger that came with the chicken wings and everything was do precisely, really enjoyed this, closing the chapter of our holiday on a good note.

These are what we've had at Judes. Chicken wings Juicy but oily and it wasn't tossed in Parmesan. Rather it was lightly sprinkled. Crispy chili chicken Nothing special with it. The sour cream, I could barely tasted any sourness from it. Just mostly mayo. Parmesan fries are just fries with a pinch of Parmesan. Chicken sizzler Mexican style grilled chicken. Asked for peppercorn but mainly pepper with barely any creaminess. Chunky chips are moist and crispy. Similar to the fries, it just had a pinch of Parmesan. However, the staff were attentive to us and would frequently come around to check on us with a smile.

One of my favourite food places, food always delicious and reasonably priced, I’ve tried half there menu and everything just so nice. They added half a chicken to their menu and it’s probably the nicest food I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, today we sat upstairs and it was even nicer, felt like a private dinner since no one was up there as downstairs was packed and you would of thought you’d be forgotten about but the staff memebers were always coming up to see if everything’s okay. I would deffo recommend over anywhere in Belfast.
