Oliver's Belmont Road — Restaurant in Belfast

Pathetic… haven’t seen worse attitude or service for many years… place had 4 people sitting eating so not busy.. I received a menu soon as I sat down… that was it .. the chef could even see from the kitchen that u was ready to order as the menu was set down! The guy behind the counter faffing about around the coffee machine… turned out another member of staff was having his lunch… unfortunately when decided to return behind the counter he didn’t many effort to even look around.. no wonder the place is not busy!! 36 across the road had people queuing up to get in… I can only imagine they understand the words ‘customer...

Lady serving made comments about how much food we ordered. Then they gave us the wrong order. It took forever to get our drinks, we had the food before them. When food came it was alright but a bit underwhelming. Place was disorganised and chaotic which is fair enough as they had a leak out back and that can't be helped but that doesn't excuse rude staff. Maybe the service wouldn't have been so slow or chaotic if she did a bit of work and wasn't too busy talking. She set napkins down and returned about ten minutes later to put knives and forks down..so disorganised. Price was high for what it was too. I wouldn't...

My first time in Belfast and came to Oliver’s Coffee Bar. I have to say that the experience from start to finish was amazing. The hosts and staff here welcomed me and my friends so warmly and the food/coffee was one of the best I ever had. I had the All Day Breakfast. Had potato bread for the first time and it was🔥🔥 also the best black pudding I’ve ever tasted. Big compliments to the chef(s). Produced with extreme class.
