Was finally looking forward to coming here after having to cancel 3 times. After just getting back off the toilet I can safely say I know how the villagers of Pompeii felt after that volcano erupted all over them. I didn't want to meet the cast of Finding Nemo and can see now why they all tried to leg it as I couldn't get out of that restaurant quick enough. The seafood risotto could be used as wallpaper paste or a babyfood substitute. I had the swordfish and there was more flavour in a packet of scampi fries, it was bland, rubbery, chewy and lacking any real seasoning. There was also a vegetable of unknown origin on my plate, I couldn't work out the taste only that it wasn't very nice. The bruschetta was uncooked bread with melted cathedral city cheese with a sorry half of a cherry tomato on the side of each plate watching this madness unfold. Overall we didn't pay full price for this monstrosity and we should have gone to Toby Carvery as we left here starving and their version of mac and cheese is more Italian than this fraud show. Don't think we'll be back and wouldn't recommend to try, go to Italy instead it...

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a sense of being welcomed into a family home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with soft Italian music in the background and the aroma of freshly baked bread filling the air.
The food? Simply divine. Every dish bursts with flavor and authenticity, from the velvety pasta sauces to the perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas. I highly recommend their homemade ravioli and the tiramisu—it’s a little piece of heaven on a plate!
The staff (Farid) goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, offering recommendations and genuinely caring about your dining experience. You can tell they are passionate about what they do, and it shines through in every detail.
This restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s a celebration of Italian culture and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone craving a true...
Read moreI have passed this little place many times - what a shame - we should have tried it long before now! A gem of a place - staff so friendly & helpful (we turned up with no reservation after 9pm & they couldn't have been more welcoming). Didn't have to wait too long for any part of the meal, even though it was clear it was all freshly cooked. All the dishes were not just nice, they were scrumptious - beautifully presented, portions just right & tasted absolutely delicious! Restaurant closes at 11pm (Friday night anyhow) but even then we weren't rushed out. They even do takeaway & deliver apparently - fantastic! Worth another visit? You bet - will definitely be back again soon!
It's Fe ruaru 2019 & I've now been back a half a dozen times & every meal has been lovely - including Christmas Day Lunch. They are not licenced but are happy for you to take your own alcohol - with a local supermarket close by that's easily done! Will surely be seeing the friendly team there...
