Bubble Waffles (Aston) — Restaurant in Birmingham

I ordered some desserts from Aston, Birchfield Rd Bubble Waffles. I went to collect the order, I asked the cashier at least 3 times to make sure everything was in the bags. He said yes. When I arrived home to my disappointment one the sprinkle cake was missing from the container, just the custard was in there. I phoned the shop to tell them that it was missing. The man on the phone said they were busy and we would have to collect. I told them that we could not as it was my son who went to collect grudgingly as he has just come back from work. The man on the phone said he would not deliver as we should have checked the order before we left the shop. What a joke. if my son started looking at every order he would be there for at least 15 minutes. So we told them we would need it delivered and he repeated himself, if we went to the shop we could pick it up as we should have checked before we left with the order. I have never had someone who has been So RUDE on the phone especially when it was their fault. My family are always loyal returning customers. They obviously aren't as loyal. Therefore this will be the end of my whole family ordering from bubble waffles. They obviously don't need our custom. A disgrace to say. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ruined my whole night. Update Got a reply to contact management to get this resolved and when we called in we were not passed on to management but rather they were still on the verge of proving us wrong so dont waste our time we are not coming back. By the way customers are always...

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, ordered 2 milkshakes both large, they don’t look anything like they were advertised to look like, the most simple and basic milkshakes, milk tasted out of date and they couldn’t have even been bothered to put some whipped cream on top, didn’t taste anything special. Ordered a Strawberrry Heaven ‘fresh’ crepe, fresh? the crepe came looking anaemic and ice cold? is that what fresh means? Ordered a Lotus Milkcake but oh my days, it was the driest bit of cake i’ve ever tried to eat, it literally tasted of brown bread, the milk content was so low and the cream on top tasted out of date, another thing that looked nothing like advertised, came with the tiniest bit of lotus sauce just plonked in the middle and shouldnt the cake be fresh and milk nice and cold? just a shambles of a place, not sure how the other people have rated it a 5/5, it doesn’t even deserve a 1. Disgusting place not worth your money, delivery was also late by an hour which I wouldn’t of minded had the food been 10/10 but it was just dead. We have ordered desserts 2 hours ago . 45 minutes ago my partner rang the restaurant and asked where is our desserts and how long we should wait . We been told Our desserts left the restaurant . After the phone call they blocked my partners phone number , so I called the restaurant from mine and they answered it . As soon as he heard that we are the same people that called time ago he said he will find out from delivery guy where the order is . In within the conversation I been called “ sister “ multiple of times, which I feel like inappropriate to talk to the customer this way . In addition , customer service is so low to block customer number from preventing them to call a restaurant. Our desserts still not here , we absolutely have no idea what to do . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE… Quick update after 3 hours delivery driver arrived and brought us fully melted milkshake to the point that it was dripping out of the bag . Would really appreciate if owner of this restaurant...
