Where do I even begin? Whilst Spoons is always reliable, this one has disappointed me too many times to count. As my local Spoons I love to pop in and get some cheeky grub and a drink for a low price with friendly staff or an effective and easy to use I-Order service. Not only was the I-Order service down, but a reoccurring staff member is always mardy and borderline dismissive. To what I can gather she is a Team leader that usually works when I am there. She has been quite dismissive and often gets my order wrong, putting the wrong monster in my spirit. To which I will also add could have been dangerous as she replaced a sugar free flavour with one heavy in sugar- what if I was diabetic?- without even asking if that was permissible or safe. Food often comes fast and most Floor staff are friendly and very welcoming. However, i have also received the wrong sauce on my wrap, Naga Chilli instead of the usual Chipotle Mayo on the Southern fried Wrap. This was a shock as its usual meal the taste was startling and again, dangerous as if i had ana allergen I wasnt warned in the change of ingredients before hand. The experience is dragged down by Moody team leaders and abundant mistakes. What sort of customer service skills is she passing down??? I think its unacceptable as I myself work in Hospitality and it pains me to see this as i know we can have hard days but I recognise that the customers are the reason I can live my life on a wage. (I have never been rude to a server and never will be). All of these things add up to reoccurring customers, one mistake is forgivable, two I can look passed but multiple and extremely rude and indifferent service by those who are meant to act as leaders is abhorrent to me. Pleading for the pub manager to correct this asap. It was a mistake to hire this member of staff, please reconsider her contract...

In situations like this we always been getting our something from the gluten restaurant so she can still with us as family while we all eat. But member of staff came and heartlessly told that she can’t eat that food here and she won’t provide any plates for to get her food outside of the other restaurants packaging very rudely she refused and told all of us to either cancel the order and leave or put the 7 year old outside herself to eat her food outside their restaurant. Been going there for years since my daughter was little and we always had to the same thing about her food and never had any issue but definitely neve coming back ever for this behaviour and would not recommend to anyone who has allergies. I ordered two portions of Eggs Benedict, and both arrived with what were clearly boiled eggs instead of poached — completely unacceptable for this dish. I also specifically asked for the bacon to be served separately from the breakfast, and this was ignored — everything came together on the same plate.
When I approached the bar staff to raise the issue and requested to speak to the manager, I was told this would happen, but no manager ever came to speak with me.
This level of service is unacceptable. The order was incorrect, poorly prepared, and my request for managerial support was ignored. I expect a response and some form of resolution or compensation for this poor...
