The shop itself is very nice, however my experience here was horrible. I asked a staff member to help me find a product and she did. I decided not to buy the product and carried on browsing. I picked a few things up and the lady was talking on her radio and staring at me, then for the second time a staff member asked me if i needed anything. I would imagine it was obvious i was uncomfortable with being disturbed while shopping, and I then had a panic attack because of this. I understand they were doing they're jobs but there are cctv cameras and security guards for a reason and they should've handled it differently. Read moreStaff need customer service training. I picked up an Olay scrub where all the range was reduced but was charged full price. I queried this at the till and had to wait while staff looked into this and advised that there is no price on that item, a card has not been typed up and they don't know where the scrub came from. I advised that the whole range is reduced but they kept repeating the same things as above to me. At no point did they offer to honour the price or apologise for the inconvenience as I then had to go through the whole refund process. What happened?
I was with my family in the shop, my nephew was playing with his mom. It was cute, so I took a picture of him. A rude worker came and she was yelling at me, not to take pictures inside the shop. I was shocked to see her angry reaction.
What should have been the case?
She should have asked me politely. Firstly, there was no sign in front of me that's says no phones inside. I can see several people sending photos and doing snapshots inside the shop.
