Dinaz Pizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

I came across Dinaz Pizza by surprise, what peaked my interest about this particular place, was the shop front posters which presented the menu before entering in😊. Along with the usual meat selection it offers Halal food and a decent range of vegetarian food that I happened to find appealing, such as the Calzone, vegetarian burger, mozzarella sticks, other side dishes and the vegetarian selection of pizzas (the menu and prices are found in the pictures I have added to this review.) My particular favourite is the Garlic Spicy pizza😋 along side some BBQ sauce👌🏼, I loved the meal deal option which contains a big portion of fries, (sauces free of charge) and a drink of any choice, all for just £3!😱, This is one of the cheapest pizza places that offers great taste and great value for money! I am impressed, food is tasty and filling. Offers a 4 to a table seating arrangement if you should choose to dine in. Dinaz Pizza does get busy around lunch time and after school due to the location, it is in heart of 2 schools and to the Birmingham City University, but since there are many staff on stand by to take your order, the wait is usually quick, at most you will wait for 15 minutes for your food to be ready and that's at the most busiest. Prices obviously differ when it comes to delivery like any other Pizza take-away which is given within a 3 mile radius of the location of the shop, the opening hours are from 11am to 11pm, minimum payment by card is £5.00 The only complaint I had about Dinaz Pizza is that I was once given the wrong order due to a misunderstanding in a very busy time, but it was dealt with in a professional and respectful manner where the issue was rectified immediately, so all in all I have had a good experience with this fast food...

I ordered at 11:19, I called at 12:36 asking where it was, I was told the driver had just left, I then phoned at 12:58, as we're less than a 10 minute drive away from Dinaz Pizza, I was told he was still on his way (over 20 minutes later), the food then arrived at 13:07, a further 10 minutes.

The food was lukewarm when it did arrive, the salad was browning a little, and not crisp, we'd ordered a Pepsi, but receive Pepsi Max instead. The southern fried chicken was very soggy.

I was told by the driver who dropped the food off they were sorry (Although the person I spoke with on the phone only seemed annoyed by my phone calls, didn't say sorry) and that our next order we could get money off, however I will never be ordering from here again.

EDIT: Also, my partner had to go to work at 1, so the food we ordered just gone 11, in time for lunch, didn't arrive, partner now has to wait till dinner to be able to eat.

Really unimpressed with Dinaz. We ordered a handful of things, which took 1hr30 to arrive from only eight minutes down the road. Not only that, but we ordered and paid for a chicken burger meal (which includes fries and a drink) but the fries and drink didn't turn up. We called up and told the company, who said they would deliver them. They never did come back so we've paid for food that we never got - is that even legal? Really shocking.

And I've just looked back on what else I paid for, and I realised we ordered garlic bread and never got that either! !! Stupid place. Huge...
