Cafe Click — Restaurant in Birmingham

Been to the place once and was good, but then on four separate occasions, during different times of the day throughout the year and it's always closed, despite coming in at times they say they're supposed to be open. This is usually during lunchtime which is supposed to be reasonable. They have their shutters and doors fully open which is also confusing, yet am always told by someone inside that they're closed. Why run a cafe when you're so against filling out the basic obligation of serving food and drink? It's as if they don't want my money. Sort out your priorities please, because I won't be bothering...

Waited 4 minutes to be seated, then 10 minutes to order food. Very little communication or service in between?

Half the menu items were not available, and after ordering the food took a further 30 mins as they were out of food and needed to go buy more.

Seemed weird, slow and just lacks the level of service you’d expect from a local independent cafe.

Seat people quicker, take orders quicker so you can understand what ingredients you need and be prepared.

AUTHENTIC south Asian food and cooked to order. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It is run by a very friendly family, both husband and wife are qualified in indo Pakistani cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious (my family enjoyed a three course meal consisting of shami kebab, chicken biryani and Indian sweets, all for a very reasonable price). What impressed me was that it is delivered to order. This does take time but it is absolutely worth it (if you want fastfood, go to McDonalds!).
