Heavenly Nails — Local services in Birmingham

The salon itself looks amazing — it’s modern, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the actual service didn’t quite live up to the setting.

I had a pedicure and acrylic nails done. The pedicure felt quite rushed, and the nail tech didn’t fully remove the dry, hard skin on my feet, which was disappointing. The acrylics were okay overall, but the finish wasn’t consistent — some nails were bumpy, and the design I had requested (which I sent ahead of time as asked) wasn’t done properly. I ended up with simple white French tips instead.

I was especially disappointed because, based on their social media, I had high expectations — the nails they showcase there always look flawless. Sadly, my experience didn’t reflect that same standard.

Good experience initially but last experience was last time I’ll go, forever fully booked good for you get that shmoney but also means it’s packed constantly and last time I went they turned a lady away who had an appointment which was an uncomfortable exchange. The girl who did my nails didn’t bother to cut my cuticle and when I asked she skipped a few nails and skimmed over one on each hand whilst making a remark. Felt a bit lazy on my opinion. I paid for powder acrylic infill and because the powder was too sheer they used a gel coat on-top which I’ve never needed before with milky white nails so that could’ve been explained to me prior as I went on holiday after so the colour faded quicker under UV.

Overall good as it’s on my road and nice to support new businesses but I’ll be going to Scott arms moving forward for quality.

Heavenly experience!

I decided to treat myself to getting my nails done, such a beautiful new salon I was excited to give them a try as I usually do my own nails, as I n my experience I always felt nail places rush.

The salon is beautiful and gives a real top end feel to add to your experience. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee; the coffee was lovely.

I chose biab and am thrilled with my nails, and the experience. The owner of this really wonderful salon is lovely she makes you feel valued as a customer and relaxed as she works, chatting was easy, she is friendly and welcoming.

Looking forward to returning without hesitation.
