I feel compelled to share an update about this restaurant that demonstrates their exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. After sharing my concerns about a temporary dip in quality, the owner personally reached out to me. His response was immediate, thorough, and showed genuine care for maintaining their high standards.

What truly impressed me was their dedication to making things right. The owner's personal involvement, including direct communication and a generous gesture of goodwill, reinforced why I've been a loyal customer for over two years. Their swift and professional response to feedback shows that they truly value their customers and are committed to maintaining the excellence that made them my favourite burger spot in the first place.

I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding customer service, the consistently brilliant quality of their food, and their prompt attention to addressing any concerns. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional and rare to find.

This experience has actually increased my confidence in the restaurant. It's rare to find an establishment that not only acknowledges feedback but also goes above and beyond to address it. The food quality has returned to its excellent standard, and I'm happily continuing my regular visits.

I have already left a review on JustEat previously, but I just wanted to reaffirm the excellence of this place.

I can be notoriously indecisive when it comes to picking places to eat takeaway from, often I spend more time deciding what I want, than actually waiting & eating the food!

That being said, ever since I discovered this place I have finally found a location that I can always rely on to provide high quality burgers, and a place that I almost find myself pushing to order from regularly whenever I order as part of a larger group.

My go to order is a smash beef burger with onions, and the loaded fries on the side. To comment on the consistency in which this is always provided would not do it justice - even down to the balancing of sauce/gherkin/cheese ratio - it is simply perfection.

It truly feels like there is a passion behind your cooking, and I hope that this passion only grows moving forwards. Hold your heads high - and I look forward to continuing ordering from you.

Edit: A quick comment on delivery as well - even from the first delivery a few months ago - the delivery has always been fast & friendly! Definitely adding to the perfection of the overall...

I recently ordered a takeaway from this restaurant via Uber Eats at 7:20 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 8:05 PM. By 8:00, there was no update, and the app still showed the order as “prepping.” I called to check on the status, and an employee told me the food would arrive within 20 minutes and was “on its way.”

At 8:30, when the order still hadn’t arrived, I called again. After a hold, I was informed that the food was just starting to be prepared. This was disappointing, as I would have preferred clear communication about any delays from the start. By the time our order arrived at 9:25 PM—a full two hours after I ordered—our plans had changed, and my kids had already fallen asleep.

Since it was already here, we decided to try the food, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. It was cold, and the signature fries were dry and hard to swallow. For the price—around £10 per meal—I was expecting better quality and freshness.
