This was, without a doubt, the single worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

I saw they were promoting a 20% off deal, so after an exhausting journey through road construction , I finally at their main shop around 2 PM on a Friday, hungry and ready to eat.

Upon arriving, the unskilled and unhelpful staff member at the main shop immediately informed me that the promotion was only for the food truck, not the restaurant. This crucial detail was nowhere in their promotion. Feeling misled but still wanting the food, I drove over to their food truck location.

To my complete disbelief, the food truck was CLOSED. Shut down. No one was there. No notice, no sign, nothing. They had promoted a deal for a service that wasn't even available.

Frustrated and hungry, I returned to the main shop, hoping to just place an order at full price. What happened next was the final straw. The same staff member who had just spoken to me refused to take my order. His reason? He was "going to do Friday prayer."

While I respect everyone's right to practice their religion, the complete lack of professionalism was astounding. There was NO notice on the door, the shutters were still open, and the lights were on, giving every indication that they were open for business. He made no attempt to apologize or offer a solution; he simply refused service and left me standing there.

A direct recommendation to the manager, Mr. Hamza: Your operation is broken.

Train your staff. They need to be knowledgeable and able to communicate clearly. Honest advertising. If a promotion has specific terms, state them. If a service is closed, announce it. Basic procedures. If you close for any reason, PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR AND CLOSE THE SHUTTER. It's not complicated.

I visited this shop recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. I approached the counter politely, but the staff – particularly one man who seemed to be in charge – was incredibly rude and dismissive.

He made an unnecessary and arrogant comment, saying, “This is my neck of the woods,” as if to imply I had no right to be there or question anything. The tone was aggressive and territorial, which left me genuinely taken aback. I remained calm and professional throughout, trying not to escalate the situation, but the way I was treated was completely uncalled for.

There was absolutely no sense of respect, hospitality, or willingness to help – just pure arrogance and an attitude that screamed, “I can treat you however I want because this is my turf.” That is not how any business should be run, especially one that depends on the local community to survive.

Shops like this should be held accountable. If you value being treated with basic respect and decency, I would strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. It's one thing to have a bad day – it’s another to run a business with a hostile, unprofessional attitude. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others think twice before stepping...

Recently i ordered food off these guys. I thought may aswell try it. To be honest it wasnt for me. Chicken was great. The toast didnt make sense to me. I feel like the coating they use for the fresh chicken isnt it. Its too flimsy. I would rather have it crispier and more firm. But thats my experience. The presentation was amazing. The sauce was nice and the coleslaw was amazing by far best I've had. I still prefer the desserts to their savory menu. just got desserts delivered to ward end. And this is my 2nd time ordering from these guys. I gotta say iv tried probably 100s and 100s of dessert places over the years but these guys are by far the best ones iv had. Their waffle sticks were so fresh and cakey! Even my father in law loved them! And hes a fussy man to please. The DKS shake was amazing again!. Hats off to you lads. With competition around you guys dont have nothing to worry about. By far best cookie dough. Portions are small but let me tell you. Its filling, scrumptious, and not stingy with choc sauce either!. For quick desserts its a new go to of mine. The delivery drivers are from the shop themselves and by far the most friendliest and polite lads iv come across. Keep it up. Highly highly recommend you try the DKS shake and cookie dough and waffle sticks! My next is to try the waffles...
