Don't buy your mitai from here. I bought nearly £200 worth of mitai.i called a week in advance to make sure they have the stock and it would be fresh. When I came to collect it, alhamdulillah ot was ready and boxed waiting for me. But that's it. The gulab jaman was dry, no syrup. The rasmallai looked and tasted off although the expiry date was 13th November. The only thing that was nice was the jalebi. I made the mistake buy not checking and tasting beforehand. This mitai was for my nikkah. I called the following day to inform them regarding this, only to be told nothing could be done. I would avoid this place from now on or do not buy large amounts. And definitely taste...

Ambala in Coventry road has been established for over 20 years and me and my family and friends have been going for over 20 years. The quality is ALWAYS EXCELLENT if not EXCEPTIONAL as it is controlled by the central depot. Mitai from Ambala is unique in taste and the cost is justified. Never in those 20 years have I ever experienced sub standard mitai. There are other mitai shops which are average and I’ve tried them all. Ambala is the best. I have even taken Ras Milai by road to London relatives and tasted beautiful after a week storage even. Keep up...

Very good desi mithai. They really are one brand in the UK known for high quality sweets and consistently offer great taste. I ordered over 200 boxes of motichoor ladoo for employees in our organization this Diwali. The sweets were fresh and really yummy. All employees were grateful that we got these sweets rather than pre packaged ones or from a less superior brand. Want to call out the amazing service received from Afroze bhai who works at Ambala Coventry road. Employees like him make a world of a difference further strengthening the brand image...
