Especially for all Coventry fans, or at least the small minority that might make all forty six games, away games, but also for any Championship adventurer... This could be what you're looking for. Obviously when Coventry are playing, the locals must have something else to do. On the other weekends, this is the first place you'll find, walking uphill, that doesn't have professional door staff, and an antisocial outlook. That's how we ended up there... Finding myself in the back bar, queueing for a drink, I found the locals cheerful and helpful, and couldn't be nicer, nor more genuine. As I waited, and my eyes wandered, I couldn't help but notice the "Zulu" references, and paraphernalia, on the walls, and realise that I was surrounded by most of those faces... Genuine folk, the lot of them, and I will definitely go back, to see the Real...

They always go out there way to please you and very polite .which is very unusual today The bar in the daytime. Is definitely a man's BAR.WITCH YOU WILL inJOY YOUR PINT. IT'S DEFINITELY A WORKING MANS PUB...

Absolutely beautiful. Ran by the most amazing family, we love u Shannon, peaceful atmosphere and a decent sized beer garden. Nice to drop in and have a few drinks with friends as not...
