Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

Ordered from here quite a few times now which is why I thought I would write this review. I have ordered through uber eats and in person and I can honestly say- this is the BEST dixy in Birmingham. Newtown one comes a close 2nd. Fillet was nice and spicy (just as I asked) fresh tender juicy. Breading was on point 👉 crispy ✅️. Fries were cooked to order, crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle, tasted of QUALITY nicely packaged too. Now the wings- boiiii he can fry. Them wings were fresh and a good size, crispy juicy makes the colonel wings look like the frozen knockoffs from farmfoods. I also ordered some strips boss man came through and dropped in a little extra. Succulent tender just really tasty proper fried chicken. If you come here ask for their dixy dip- the best one. Its not thin like the others this is the proper sauce, banging. The portion was well worth what I paid, it was fresh down to the shredded lettuce. Would definitely recommend if your in the area. first time tried this dixy branch food during my work break when i was passing through them..food was tasteless no coated on the chiken ..over cooked feel like eating wooden sticks..plus i asked for hot sauces 3 times and i found only 1 dip sauce for 3 pieces chiken and for a regular fries.. i always tries Dixy other branches they cook nice but no doubt this branch food was an awful experience.. the person who gave them franchise like Manager if they have should visit this branch and see wa they making and how they serving.. defintely never recommend this branch to no1 and will inform others to...

Hi.. It didn't taste like the usual dixy.. the chickenfiler burger had different type of coating than the other dixys. The fries were thinner and soggy rushed like other people mention. The chicken strip smelled funny. The dixy Sauce Didn't look same either it had a darker colour also had some curry Taste... I have eaten in following dixys:. Lozells road, Coventry road, Aston lane and Newtown and have never complained because it keeps same standard this From Slade road I think was the worst thing ever... The chicken was dried and tasted like precooked heated in microwave.. won't be buying...
