The kids are off on holidays and were craving something sweet – so we hit up Elements Desserts, and honestly, they knocked it out of the park from start to finish. First up was the loaded crepe, drizzled with a generous mix of white and milk chocolate and topped with chocolate shavings. It was soft, warm, and rich – every bite was melt-in-your-mouth indulgence. A proper treat that looked just as good as it tasted! Then came the German pancakes, stacked with gooey melted chocolate, fresh strawberries, mini marshmallows, and chocolate sprinkles. They were soft, sweet, and full of texture – a hit with both the kids and the adults. To switch things up, we added a portion of nachos – crisp, cheesy, and a great savoury balance between all the sweetness. Elements Desserts really shine with their ice cream selection. We tried: 🍓 Strawberries & Cream – smooth, creamy, and refreshing 🍪 Cookies & Cream– rich and packed with cookie chunks 🍫 Chocolate– indulgent, velvety and deep in flavour 💙 Bubblegum– colourful, fun, and full of nostalgic vibes Every scoop was packed with flavour – no weak or icy textures here. Just pure creamy goodness. And just when we thought we were done – they threw in a bonus slice of chocolate cake. Haven’t touched it yet, saving it for another day... but if it’s anything like the rest, I know it’s going to be elite. From presentation to taste, Elements Desserts delivers quality and quantity. It’s the kind of spot that makes family holidays extra special and keeps you coming back for more. Highly recommend – whether you're celebrating, chilling, or just craving something sweet. 🍰🔥💯 ... Please dont take my word for it ... Give them a shot !

Ordered a Aero mint waffle and milkshake for delivery and got this! What is this actually supposed to be?? £9 for this?? Milkshake was £6 and due to a recent change in packaging, it arrived today in a small cup, the size of a cup that you'd give a child. The desserts were excellent when they first opened but I don't know what's been happening here for the past few months. The waffles are overcooked to the point where you can hear the crunching when I took a bite. On a previous occasion when the waffle was burnt and my husband called to get it replaced, the cheeky woman finally agreed and had the nerve to say "we won't charge you for this" as if she was doing him a favour by replacing it with food that was actually edible and paid for! I should've learnt my lesson from that occasion but I thought I'd give them another chance. Not anymore unfortunately. The waffle also arrived stone cold today. I really wish that instead of giving free cake asking people to give a good review, they put more effort into the food we actually pay for. A real shame because it used to be brilliant.

Very cute place with secure parking. We were made to feel welcome and my waitress did a fantastic job of taking down our orders. My desert was great and so was my hot chocolate and lotus biscoff biscuit. Wasn’t the best fan of their Oreo ice cream but it was still nice. My friends did not enjoy their apple crumble but enjoyed their very berry’s. I also want to try their Iceburgs the next time I come. Very nice touch on the menu. It’s very environmentally friendly, clear and concise. Aesthetics was also very nice and we were a big group with a pushchair so we were accommodated nicely. Only downer was the Aircon. It was too much for a cold night, but great vibes and great prices. Can’t complain

Before I mention why I gave a 1 star rating, let me say that the venue is nice, and overall, the food and drink is good, as is the general service.

Now on to my 1-star rating.

I attended in August with my nephews and my 9 Yr old daughter. My daughter had been wanting to try out Elements for a while. We ordered waffles, shakes and cakes and my daughter ordered bubblegum ice cream and mint ice cream.

Everything else was nice but as soon as my daughter tried the mint ice cream, she said it taste funny, almost bland, like water. A short while later, she ran to the loo with stomach pain. We stopped eating and drinking as we were worried for her and after she eventually managed to get out of the loo, we decided to settle the bill and go home.

At that time, we all noticed that although there were 4-5 bowls of ice cream on the table and 2 milkshakes only part drunk, it was ONLY the mint ice cream that had fully melted. We too tasted it and it was clearly bad.

When settling the bill, the cashier asked if everything was OK, to which I explained it was, barring the mint ice cream.....and this is where the 1 star rating comes in. The guy chuckled and said we were the only people to have ever complained about it!

Now, to clarify, I hadn't asked for any discounts or any free items as recompense. I was simply making him aware how the ice cream was off and had made my daughter unwell. The fact that he immediately got defensive and tried to laugh it off as my daughter or I were lying, told me what class of staff this establishment employs.

If the guy had just said, "Thanks for that, I'll look into it straight away", then that would've been the end of it and this review would not be here.

I therefore paid my bill in full, left. I won't be going back there and would much rather order from Picasso's where the food and service are always spot on and the staff actually care when their customers bring things to their attention.....not that I've ever had a problem with them myself.

It's a shame really, as other than my experience on that occasion, the venue is nice, the location is convenient and generally the food...
