Today I had attended superdrugs salon within fort shopping centre in Birmingham thinking they would be really good but I witnessed a moment that I was really shocked by so I was booked in for my daughters hair cut at 2.15 I arrived on time and there was a customer in front of me who had come to have her hair done, but without an appointment. She quickly started taking her on and I had to tell her I have an appointment booked. I was told ' Were you not booked in much later?' Ermm check your diary you booked me in. So anyway as she started cutting my daughters hair she kept moaning about how thick her hair is. Like if you can't do it just say! She then kept giving me her opinion like how about you just do what i've asked đ She then later went on to say we now charge extra according to thickness of hair, something i'm hearing for the first time..I understand length but thickness? So I want to ask is this correct? By the way her name was Shanti I wouldn't recommend having my hair done by her as she seems to be in a rush and handles childrens hair pretty rough without making them feel comfortable.    Read moreit was so bad id give it a zero, but i cant. 19th june i went into shop in the fort, superdrug. this was because i wanted to buy my little sister a birthday present, i picked up something and seen something else a little more better. i browse the shop more and start feeling the staff following me around and eyes on me, a member of staff came up to me and asked me to empty my bag and that âtheyve seen me on cameraâ , iâve never been more embarrassed, as someone whoâs never shoplifted in my life i feel targeted. i obviously went along and emptied my bag because i had nothing on me and nothing to hide and when they seen i had nothing in my bag they didnât even apologise. i made my way out the shop to get stopped by multiple staff & fort security to search me again while the rest of superdrug staff were watching, it was humiliating. again they found nothing in my bags and no apology followed after by any of staff..disgusting behaviour from fort security aswell, continued to follow me around the fort and i felt so uncomfortable i had to leave the...
   Read moreFirst time visited this store since it has been opened, Customer Service i would rate at zero... the only person who greeted me at the door was what looked like the security guard, and he was the only person who talked me throughout my visit. Good point is that the stock is good. After I shopped , went to the self checkouts , and it needed staff approval, waited by the self checkout looking around for a staff member to come and sort it, and I was there for nearly 10 mins.. staff members where huddled around in a group of 3 just chatting away and trying not to make eye contact with me. After 10 mins staff member comes to pay for her own stuff she purchased on self checkout to sort my approval. Did not evan say hello to me to which I made conversation, to which there was still no reply... working in the customer service industry myself, absolute disgrace customer service.
