Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Birmingham

I hardly write reviews except is the service is really really good or really really bad, and today, the service I received today was beyond good.

I came in earlier with two of my girls as we was in the fort, im a regular Starbucks customer and come in every week.

Unfortunately sometimes, my stars don’t come on my app and as someone who spend £5-£20 just on one order, that’s a lot of money and a lot of stars.

So I popped back into the store and told a white lady named jess with dark brown hair, who was so lovely, so attentive and really made my day.

After showing her evidence of my recent order I made just over a hour after leaving the store, she corrected it, apologised and even went above and beyond for me, my mom and my nephew.

She’s just a sweet girl and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves 🤍

Of course I will be coming back, I would also like to say thank you to the mixed race girl who always makes my extra hot oat chai tea latte with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon...

Very friendly staff , and coffee was as always..perfect 👌as always, got served with politeness, which of course costs nothing..and my latte was perfect .looking forward to being a permanent gold member, its only taken 4 years ..could've opened my own franchise by now ..for same amount of money spent on coffees for my grandchildren alike, the coffees ☕ seem to be the same,but prices are escalating at an alarming rate, and £20 for a black n gold Cup .as opposed to £2.50 for my colour changing 🥤 Cup..where is it going to end, I can buy a bag of beans from most Starbucks stores for £5 and make my own lattes' looks like I will be doing that, sooner than I expected, I hate to say it, but I'm going to boycott the brand altogether if the prices go any higher,my grandchildren understand, but are...

The girl on the till was helping the guy in front with his credit card, but the lady in front of me and myself were kept waiting for over ten minutes, whilst three people dealt with the one guy. When I got my hot chocolate with cream , the cream was like a minute squirt and the actual drink was tepid at best and I paid £2.95 for that, in fact I'd have had a better drink at a greasy cafe and at a better price. I told a lady who worked there my drink was Luke warm and she went off to what I thought might be to replace it or offer some hot water, but no she went away to get a broom and completely ignored me. Sorry but not worth the wait or the price or the ignorance of the staff. I suggest Costas across the way, better staff, service and your drinks are hot for...
