Has potential but lacking the basics.

Walking in at 1pm to silence with no customers, at least have music playing.

Ordered an Italian burger but they didn't give any rocket with it (saw a previous comment which said they did the same), at least tell your customers if you don't have it in stock and won't be in the burger. Burger was over loaded with lettuce, however, the flavour was nice.

£3 extra for a meal not worth. Little fries and I don't think the cup used is the best for drinks. Lot of empty space at top because of the sort of cup used, I would change it.

When giving the food you should ask customers for what sauce they want with their meal and give tissues. We ordered 3 meals and my brother asked for sauce which you gave 1 hot suace, then I had to get up to get another and then my dad got up to get tissues. The basics go along way.

Additionally, we read the menu on a A5 sheet of paper (I'm assuming they are working on fixing the screen), but at least print multiple small menus out, make it easier for customers, leave a few on the table too. They do, however, have the menu outside, which is handy, so props for that.

I would give this place another chance in a few months to see if it has improved....

food was extremely mediocre, extremely thin fried processed chicken patty, the same patty used on every chicken burger with the only different thing being the sauce. service was okay but you could tell most staff were inexperienced. for the same price (and a halal alternative) you're better off...
