Ordered x2 Footlongs and both had incorrect or missing toppings on the presentation was messy, toppings was added which has allergy issues and when trying to contact their allergy number it goes through to a random person who has no idea why your calling them. The restaurants number dont work and you cannot contact the restaurant whatsoever. In my personal experience this is the worst Subway i have ever had honestly avoid them. Whoever is making these sandwiches are doing it with their eyes closed and the service with having no contact number proves just how poor they are if you have an issue. I’ve reported them to Subway Head Office and also left numerous bad reviews based on this experience.
The order had tomatoes on both sandwiches but was requested on on only, pickles on both which is an allergy issue, olives on both only requested for one, no cheese on either. I walked In with my father waiting to order my sandwich, after around 1 minute of messing around with bread the man working behind the choosing place looks at us and we order Hearty Italian bread, firstly the way he cuts it, was messy and just horrendous. Then, we ask for chicken. He places a good amount of chicken on the sandwich. Finally we ask what kind of cheese the grated one is, he replies with “Ye, it is cheese”. So we ask again, he clearly didn’t understand us and his English was not up to standard. After 3 times of asking he says ‘Oh type? I don’t know’. We eventually just asked for it wanting to leave.
