Greggs — Restaurant in Birmingham

1/5 stars Addressed to employers manager Gregg's : We was visited the Greggs in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday during the food festival. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by extremely rude behavior from an older lady staff member.

My 12-year-old daughter asked if she could eat food purchased from another stall outside, and the staff member rudely told her no. We accepted this and moved on. However, when we purchased food from inside Greggs and sat down, the same staff member started shouting at my daughter to leave without explanation.

When we questioned why we had to leave after purchasing from Greggs, the staff member became increasingly rude and aggressive towards our family. Despite us remaining calm, they escalated the situation by calling security.

This behavior was unprofessional, frustrating, and dishonest. As a regular customer of Greggs in Oldbury, where staff are always professional, I'm disappointed in the service at this location. I'm myself project manager and I never speak with customers like that. Thank you for reading this and I wish that lady good life without any problems we living...

We walked in and it looked like they'd been busy as the place was a mess. Grabbed a baguette and a cup of tea. Had to return the baguette because it was that dry. Sat down with a fresh roll, not a problem exchanging it. Staff were rude to my daughter when she asked a question because of dietary requirements. Anyhows, sitting having a natter and then I noticed 2 tables up from us, a dead spider. Curled up. We'd been there about 10/15 minutes at this point. We were the only customers in the shop for the most part of that time, and no one came out to clean. Surely it's one of the first things you would do once the rush of customers has gone? No, won't be going there again. The spider was enough for me, we put our stuff in the bin...

I been to there and bought some food first time and later she started doing shop floor. After again i bought water bottle and the employee there need to serve me again but second time she been to rude as she seems not to serve me again. She lift the bag down to floor very rude and then look at me very rude. So I think if the staff is not able to serve then please train them how to deal with customers. Dated 25/11/2023 time...
