I finished work and decided to get some Macy D before heading home. I was at the kiosk buying takeaway and an Indian lady came to me and said in a really bad manner "my dear, no scooter allowed here. You need to leave now." I'm not one of those yobs or youngsters riding their e-scooters frantically. So I politely asked, "sorry I didn't know. Can I fold it down, sit down and eat? Otherwise may I just finish my take away order and go?" I swear to god I was very polite. However, I didn't know why they just keep talking to me in a really bad attitude. (Please don't tell me it's because I'm Asian) they then just simply told me to leave and didn't want me to order. I know some places do not like scooters, but I live in city centre and work in city centre so it's a good way of transportation for me. Overall, I understand their policy and I'm okay to park my scooter outside. It's just their "descriminating" attitude that I have problems with.

Rubbish, disgusting, food is processed and not what it should be..I ask for a chicken burger but surprise the chicken run away and they made a burger from soya beans. I ask the manager about what is made of this burger and his reply was ,,chicken". No way and I proven to him by smashing a piece of burger and then that piece became a paste evidently of beans...chicken meat have fibrous composition but your burger doesn't have this composition. In conclusion ,... they run out of the meat probably...or perhaps soya beans is cheap product and beneficial for the business (genetic modify)...in my opinion they should not be allowed to lie and cheat customers .This is a offense to the customer

I ordered a BBQ double quarter pounder with cheese. My first burger came with only 1 burger, I also thought the rest of the burger didn't look right. I told a member of staff who apologised and 5 minutes later brought my replacement. This time there were 2 burgers but I realised why it didn't look right the first time. The buns were too small and there was barely any filling, let alone any barbeque sauce. I guess if they run out of stock they just serve any old carp.

I have lived and or visited the area for the last 15 years plus. This McDonald’s has significantly gone down in regards to service and food quality BY FAR. You can sit through the drive thru (which does get long as it is a McDonald’s!) AT the speaker for ages - but realise it’s long because of STAFF. Staff take around 4 minutes to even ANSWER the drive-thru speaker if ur lucky, then you’ll be left waiting 2 - 3 mins at the payment window. Despite being able to see you & you see the worker who’s talking & laughing to their colleagues, messing around on their phone or just standing there digging the dirt from underneath their finger nails - they will take the time opening the window and taking your payment. I’ve personally even seen two hugging and kissing when they should have been serving customers at the window, I could go on. You do generally get served your food pretty quickly at the food hatch if you have a small order but you most likely will have to wait if you have something like a fish fillet. But the food quality overall has slipped too. Cheese is mostly hanging out mostly from the side of your burger instead of on it which will tend to get stuck to the box if you do not correct it yourself while hot. Tartar sauce 90% on ur buns side and outside edge not centred. Requested customisations tend not to get done so you have to either go back in or check it on the spot in the drive-thru which is very inconveniencing when people are waiting behind you. They pretty much don’t care about the food and will slap it on at 100 mph especially the burgers by using the inside of the box lids, not even caring to see if it landed properly. Everybody employed there is around the age of 18 -23 except the managers and even they they luck interest in customers as long as staff turn up to flip the burgers. It’s sad because it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s and we all need one of those. Absolutely atrocious the way these teens treat paying customers. You will get the odd polite staff worker. If it doesn’t then the crime will definitely put you off. I avoid it on Friday and Saturday nights, and late nights overall during the week because it is full of criminals, people showing off around the car park with fast cars And general up to no goods which would intimidate you out of the car park. Don’t get me started on the beggars that sit right under or nearby the payment window begging through their eyes or shouting demands at you. Windows and doors locked at all times and don’t sit with your window open. McDonald’s do keep car park pretty clean by regularly sending a staff member outlitter picking. It is hard to access it during rush-hour due to the amount of surrounding junction traffic so also avoid at these times. Police regularly do pull in for their own food, but they really don’t care what’s going on unless it’s something really serious as they of course get hungry too, but they still have a job to do. Sadly, they don’t do it here. Don’t bother going inside because you will absolutely get a rugby tackled or sideswiped by Deliveroo/Uber Eats drivers who will jump the queue and bash you with their giant food bags. They have no queue etiquette and it doesn’t matter anyway because staff will leave your food for theirs. They can leave your food anyway getting cold on the side as they seem to not be able to handle it when it’s very busy. If you do go inside then be pushy with your food order and as soon as you see that it’s ready on order screen, approach the counter yourself and ask for it. Check your order before you leave as errors are common and don’t be afraid to ask for something because the staff certainly won’t offer it. Tight of the tissues and they’re tight with the sources but you still may ask if you need it because you are a paying customer. You cannot go here and be shy. There are a moderate amount of car parking spaces which some you need to access by driving around the building just passed the drive-through, but you may struggle out when it’s extremely busy. Two hours max day at the car park and it is...

I have been buying from McDonald’s since i was 21 and now being 51 my children have taken over , often you go to McDonald’s and when you leave r the drive thru and get home something is missing and you can’t be bothered to go back . On this occasion my son who is 7 had a bug which he had ben ill for 3 days and not eaten , he wanted a happy meal so i drove to the McDonald’s drive througgh the young girl who took the order had said how well my daughter ordered .

Sully who was the manager served us our food , i drove home and when i gave it to my sone he said it tasted bad , i looked and it was hard and riubbery ,i was annoyed but was going to leave it but my wife said on the last occasion they forgot her chest bites , so she came back with me to return it .

We waited in the que and the young girl who served us said the same man who gave his the food was sully the manager , would sort the matter out .

Once we went i to him he did not even look at the fish fingers or the issue just said replace them in a rude tonne as if we did not matter , my wife explained on the last occasion they forgot the cheesy bites ( it was only £1.89 but it was the principal ) he replied have you got a receipt at that point it went down hill , his manner and attitude over something so small was disrespectful , this brand has gotten rich of our money and what do we get rubbery fingers for a seven year old ( not really nice ) then management who actually are rude instead of apologising and meaning it .

Really sad and honestly wont let my kids go there , it will upsett them but cannot give a brand my money when there...

The worse experience I have had, went to the drive through bristol road after meeting quick bite before I head to work, I had reward on my app before making the transaction I asked the lady if she could honour, the fillet o fish instead of deluxe or cheese burger which she kindly said yes i continued and made my payment. Off i went to the next window to collect my food, the women from second window was confused with the order due to the lady saying she will let the team know, I was told by the second lady at the desk move down to the third window, a manager appearer with refusing to honour me what his staff agreed to do. At this point I was annoyed waited in the queue for over 15 minutes, I was just not hungry anymore I asked for a refund the manager first brought me the incorrect change, clearly didn't check the receipt I had to correct him, so he went off brought back the correct change this time not only brought back the right change he bought back old and mould coins, this is not right any notes or coins that arent accepted nor should they be given to out to the customer they should be banked or given to G4S. I didnt check i just drove off i was mortified This manager who thought he was being funny and clever give the dirty change. Disgusting behaviour who ever has made him manager needs to relook in to this behaviour it’s...
